PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical table that can change a posture holding structure of a patient safely and quickly with a simple operation, and improves the stability of an auxiliary table.SOLUTION: A medical table comprises: an auxiliary table that can be disposed horizontally in a front position of a wainscot and an auxiliary table movement mechanism for moving the auxiliary table between a use position and a storage position. The auxiliary table movement mechanism comprises a drive frame and a driven frame which can move along a horizontal direction below the wainscot, and a horizontal drive mechanism.
