PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to arrange a bag to a body side component, for surely connecting the bag and the body side component preferably.SOLUTION: An artificial anus appliance comprises: a bag (12) for receiving excrement； a bag flange (14) which is a bag flange coupled to the bag, and having an opening (18) communicated to inside of the bag； and a body side flange (20) having an opening (24) and a hydrophile colloid layer (22) fixed to a body of a user around the artificial anus, and having a projection (40) for positioning which is received in a recess part of the bag flange, for arranging the opening of the bag flange to the opening of the body side flange.
