The present invention refers to a hyperbaric capsule for being used in hyperbaric oxygenation therapies for one or more people which has autonomy, versatility, non-invasive characteristics, also having an aesthetic-functional design that may be oscillated from its vertical position to a horizontal position, the capsule including the whole equipment required for being operated and producing an elevated overpressure condition controlled by the patient from the inner portion or by other person at the exterior. The oscillation mechanism is described and allows the capsule to be oscillated from the vertical position to the horizontal position and the bolted door having a twin closing mechanism of 2 movements and 3 positions. The purpose of the invention is to provide equipment totally different from those currently available on the market, since the novel characteristics thereof allow patients to use the hyperbaric therapy in a massive way.Esta invención se refiere a una cápsula hiperbárica para el uso en terapias de oxigenación hiperbárica para una o mas personas con características de autonomía, versatilidad, no invasiva, que posee un diseño estético-funcional y que puede oscilar desde su posición vertical a la posición horizontal, que contiene en ella todo el equipo necesario para operarla y producir una condición de sobrepresión elevada y que se controla a deseos de los pacientes desde el interior o por otra persona desde el exterior. Se presenta con ella el mecanismo de oscilación que permite oscilarla desde su posición vertical a la posición horizontal y la puerta empernada con un mecanismo gemelo de cierre de dos movimientos y 3 posiciones. El objetivo de esta invención es proporcionar un equipo totalmente diferente a los actuales que por sus características novedosas le permitirán a los pacientes la utilización masiva de la terapia hiperbárica.
