PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling coating material composition in which sediment in the coating material is easy to get loose, viscosity increase is small, thereby it is excellent in long-term stability.SOLUTION: This antifouling coating material composition includes as the antifouling agent: (A) zinc bis(dimethyldithiocarbamoyl)ethylenebisthiocarbamate and (B) a bis(2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide) metal salt, where the metal is copper or zinc, using a synthetic resin and/or a natural resin as the vehicle.
