To provide an allergen containing composition which causes less burden to a patient and achieves an effective immune therapy, an allergen use method, and in a determination method of an allergen treatment proper amount in a transdermal immune therapy.SOLUTION: There is provided an allergen containing composition for allergen disease treatment which is intradermally inoculated, an inoculation amount of the allergen containing composition for treatment is determined prior to start of treatment for every inoculation object having an allergy disease, based on a maximum intradermally tolerated dose of the allergy.
