The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating anti-cancer drug-resistant lung cancer containing gliotoxin as an active component, wherein the active component effectively prevents cell death of A549/ADR, a lung cancer cell line exhibiting adriamycin drug resistance, and the active component induces more remarkable cell death when further treating gliotoxin with adriamycin.
