PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system reducing a labor of a user required for a calibration of an endoscope.SOLUTION: This endoscope system constantly or while a distal end imaging section of an endoscope is inserted into a subject to capture an image, acquires the image captured by an imaging element of the endoscope and runs a high-pass filter over the image to create an operation image.
