The present invention is related to a process for the preparation of a multivitamin composition and the obtained composition which includes vitamins A, C, D and E. The novel preparation process provides the composition with a pleasant flavour and a fat-free and colour-less aspect. The aforementioned characteristic allows the multivitamin to be swallowed without dilutions for disguising the flavour, also having more stability and a long lasting shelf life compared to further products currently available on the market. The multivitamin composition is intended for situations where a higher intake of vitamins A, C, D and E is required, which may strengthen the human immune system, prevent airway diseases, also providing further effects to the human health, for instance the calcium fixation in the bones which is favoured by the vitamin D.La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para la preparación de una composición multivitamínica y la composición obtenida que contiene vitaminas A, C, D y E. El novedoso proceso de preparación le confiere a la composición un sabor agradable al gusto, sin aspecto graso e incolora. Lo que le permite que se ingiera sin necesidad de diluciones para enmascarar el sabor, teniendo además mayor estabilidad y vida de almacén en comparación con otros productos existentes actualmente en el mercado. La composición multivitamínica está dirigida a situaciones donde se requiera un consumo mayor de vitaminas A, C, D y E, que pudiera ser para el fortalecimiento del sistema inmunológico humano, para prevenir enfermedades de las vías respiratorias, además de otros efectos sobre la salud que tienen dichas vitaminas, como por ejemplo la fijación de calcio en los huesos que favorece la vitamina D.
