摘要:
The invention relates to medical technology, and more particularly to arthro-medullary devices for enabling the restoration or creation of a connection between a joint and the bone marrow, the extraction of bone fat and the introduction of ingredients into the joints for treating damage thereto, said devices being of cannular design and being adapted for osseointegration, thereby reducing and/or preventing adverse effects of a foreign body on an organism. The present device comprises a through channel with an inlet opening and an outlet opening, the casing of which is provided with thread elements, may or may not be provided with perforations, may or may not be provided with a plug for the inlet opening or the outlet opening of the through channel, said plug having an adjustable or fixed length, may or may not be provided with a cap instead of a plug, said cap being provided with an aperture for regulating the flow of fluid, and is provided with a liner for sealing an opening in the bone tissue and securing the connection between the casing and the plug or cap. Additionally, one of the ends of the through channel casing is provided with a fixture for an instrument and with a thread that is compatible with a thread on the plug or cap. To prevent the opening of the through channel from becoming occluded by fibrocartilage, a ring is provided on the end of the through channel casing that is provided with a fixture for an instrument, said ring being perpendicular to the through channel casing and having an opening with a diameter which is equal to the outside diameter of the cross-section of the through channel casing and a width which is greater than the diameter of the through channel. Use of the invention makes it possible to reduce the time required to restore the functioning of damaged joints.Linvention concerne les équipements médicaux et notamment des dispositifs arthromédullaires destinés à assurer la reconstitution et la formation dune liaison arthromédullaire,
