The first expandable member forms a front top wall portion and is inflatable towards the interior of the extension portion. The second expandable member forms a rear top wall portion and is inflatable towards the inside of the corner portion. The protruding members can be positioned below the rear lower wall and can be driven to protrude toward the inside of the corner portion. The second expandable member and the protruding members cooperate to apply pressure to the sole of the foot.
