PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of the quality of levetiracetam-containing film-coated tablets, especially discoloration (fading) due to the influence of dispensing environment, storage environment, etc., especially the influence of high humidity, and a method for producing the same. Also provided is a method for suppressing discoloration of a film-coated tablet containing levetiracetam. A film-coated tablet in which a plain tablet containing levetiracetam is coated with a film-coat layer containing a colorant, wherein a water-soluble polymer is contained between the plain tablet and the film-coat layer. And a film-coated tablet containing levetiracetam containing a water-soluble polymer-containing layer.
