PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an astigmatic axis detection device capable of acquiring astigmatic axis data satisfying a subject.
SOLUTION: This astigmatic axis detection device is provided with a display means (a display section 2b) for displaying a graphic optotype (a radial chart 19) for testing the astigmatism as shown in Fig.1, a graphic rotation operation means (a key 28 and a key 29) for rotatingly operating the graphic optotype (the radial chart 19) clockwise or counterclockwise as shown in Fig.4, and an axial angle confirmation means (figure 19b of the radial chart 19 or circuits including a display control circuit 23, a control circuit 20, a personal computer and the like) for confirming a stop angle of the graphic optotype (the radiation chart 19).
