PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candy depositor which easily heats candy in a flow state before sucked into a cylinder, prevents a large amount of candy material from being dumped after stopping of a manufacturing apparatus, and allows for easy cleaning and the manufacturing apparatus with use of the candy depositor.SOLUTION: The candy depositor includes a plurality of cylinders 41 having an inlet 32 for sucking candy material in a flow state and a piston 42 which reciprocates in each of the cylinders 41 on the basis of the inlet 32, so that the reciprocating motion of the piston 42 allows a mold block to be filled with candy material. Adjacent to each inlet 32 of the cylinders 41, a standby chamber 45 is spatially connected to the inlet 32 such that the candy material stands by there before being sucked into the cylinders 41.
