PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate timing when a harvesting object is harvested.SOLUTION: A harvesting determination device 100 comprises a density measurement part 110 and an estimation part 120. The density measurement part 110 measures density of a specific component (one example of growth information) which is included in a harvesting object F. The estimation part 120 estimates harvest timing of the harvesting object F based on history of measurement results measured by the density measurement part 110. The harvesting object F is, a fruit of plant P, for example, fruit such as melon, watermelon, peach, apple, or mango, but it is not limited to them.
