The invention relates to a strain of Trichoderma asperellum and to a composition based on this strain, used in conservative agriculture systems. According to the invention, the strain belongs to the Trichoderma asperellum species, deposited under the number P(F) 001434 at NCAIM Budapest and it has a plant biostimulating action. The claimed composition comprises, in parts by mass, 50 parts of spent substrate from Pleurotus mushroom cultivation, 32 parts of potassium salt of the -poly (2-propenamide 2-propenoic co-acid) starch graft copolymer, 8 parts of flour, 3.2 parts of ethyl esters of fatty acids, 2.3 parts of lecithin, 0.5 parts of potassium soap, 0.3 parts of glycerol, 0.4 parts of canola oil unsaponifiable fats, minimum 10ufc/g Trichoderma asperellum Td36b, and, for the remainder, up to 100 parts, water.
