The present invention relates to a dispersion of polymer particles which are stabilized by a stabilizing agent in a non-aqueous medium containing at least one hydrocarbonaceous oil, the polymer particles being a polymer of (meth) acrylates in c1 - c4, the stabilizing agent is a polymer of (meth) acrylates in cg.
