The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a soil ameliorater containing a rare earth element and to a soil ameliorater obtained by the method, wherein the provided soil ameliorater is manufactured by additional mixing of water to a rare earth element mixture composed of rare earth element compounds, a chitosan liquid, a citric acid powder, concentrated minerals, rice bran, corn flour, zeolite, syrup and complex microorganisms, a culturing step and a drying step.
