Novelty: dripper and method for the perforation of water exit orifices in irrigation pipes. Constitution: irrigation dripper 1 adhered -at the manufacture phase- inside a dripping irrigation pipe 2, a certain number of in-series arranged protuberances 8 elevated from the solid and complete section 6 of the outer curved surface 7 of the dripper 1.The foregoing dripping irrigation pipe 2 is locally inflated and adhered on the protuberances 8 and their base for covering them and create along with said protuberances 8 a unified structure. The water outlet orifices 10 are normally created between the ends of the prismatic protuberances 8 by cutting out the ends of these last during the passage of the dripping irrigation pipe through a continuously rotating hollow milling means 35 placed at the terminal of the production line. The cutting of the foregoing protuberances is realized after the passage of the tube through a system composed of successive hollow pairs of curved rollers which compress, stretch out, make rigid the dripping irrigation pipe and preserve the flattened curved and bending form of same.
