The purpose of the notification is a membrane which has a thin, porous and flexible fibre structure of spontaneously deployed polymer fibres (9) of a thickness of 0,5 to 4 m. The surface of the membrane material is five m2/g to 20 m2/g. The membranes (9) are covered with nanoparticles of hydroxyapatite, not more than 50 nm in size and the molar ratio of calcium to phosphorus (Ca/P) from 1,56 to 1,66,where the content of hydroxyapatite in the membrane is from 10 to 25% by weight. The fibre material (9) is a mixture of poly-DL-lactide (PDLLA) and polyamide glycol (PLGA). The coating of the fibres (9) of the hydroxyapatite membrane shall take the form of a base of those fibres (9) of a thickness of ten to 300 nm, the degree of coating of the fibres (9) with the hydroxyapatite particles being no less than 40%. Membrane porosity is from 50 to 95%,The size of its pores is 5 to 30m and its severity is 300 to 600%. The notification shall also cover the production of such a membrane, which includes the production stage of the above-described fibre structure by electroplating from a polymer solution and the immersion coating stage of the polymer hydroxyapatite (9) coating of the structure. In the first stage, the fibre structure is produced from a solution composed of a mixture of poly-DL-lactide (PDLLA) and polyamide glycol (PLGA) and a volatile solvent. The second stage produces a water suspension (1) at a temperature not exceeding 30oC,in which the medium-sized particles of hydroxyapatite of cereals not more than 50nm and their total weight of suspension not more than 0,5% are scattered. After immersion of the fibre structure in the suspension, in the vicinity of the fibres (9) of that structure, an ultrasonic wave with power intensity from 3 to 15 W/cm2 and lasting for at least four minutes shall be produced.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest membrana, która ma postać cienkiej, porowatej i elastycznej struktury włóknistej ze spontanicznie rozmieszczonych włókien polimerowych (9)
