The invention provides a composite bacterial cellulose film, and method for manufacturing the same. A two-stage culture fermentation step is performed on a bacterial group. Purification and cleaning steps are performed to form a bacterial cellulose. The bacterial cellulose is then smashed. A glucose-amine and a polysaccharide are provided. The glucose-amine and the polysaccharide are uniformly mixed in a first predetermined ratio to form a mixed solution. The smashed bacterial cellulose is then mixed into the mixed solution in a second predetermined ratio. A frozen and dry step is performed to form a composite bacterial cellulose film. The above-mentioned two-stage culture fermentation step comprises a first-stage culture fermentation step and a second-stage culture fermentation step, wherein the temperature of the second-stage culture fermentation is higher than the temperature of the first-stage culture fermentation.
