Compounds of the formula A-X-Y-B and compositions are described which are useful especially for treatment of angiogenesis-related diseases or disorders such as neovascularisation of the eye, age- related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy or cancer, wherein A is a six membered heteroaryl ring containing 2 nitrogen atoms which is optionally substituted with R1 R1 is H, CI-6 alkyl, CN, CONR2R3 R2 and R3 which may be the same or different and selected from H, CI-6 alkyl or R2 and R3 form a ring the group X-Y is an alkyne or alkene, in the case wherein X-Y is an alkene the double bond may be cis or trans and optionally substituted with R1 B is an aryl or five or six membered heteroaryl ring containing 1 to 3 heteroatoms, both of which may optionally substituted with one or more R4 R4 is R1 or OR5 R5 is H, COR6 or R6 and R6 is CI-6 alkyl and salts thereof.Linvention concerne des composés de formule A-X-Y-B et des compositions qui sont utiles, en particulier pour le traitement de maladies ou de troubles associés à langiogenèse, tels que la néovascularisation de loeil, la dégénérescence maculaire liée à lâge, la rétinopathie diabétique ou un cancer, A étant un cycle hétéroaryle à six chaînons contenant 2 atomes dazote, qui est éventuellement substitué par R1 R1 représentant H, C1-6-alkyle, CN, CONR2R3 R2 et R3, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, étant choisis parmi H, C1-6-alkyle ou R2 et R3 formant un cycle le groupe X-Y représentant alcyne ou alcène, dans le cas où X-Y représente alcène, la double liaison peut être en configuration cis ou trans et éventuellement substituée par R1 B représentant aryle ou un cycle hétéroaryle de cinq ou six chaînons contenant 1 à 3 hétéroatomes, qui peuvent être tous deux éventuellement substitués par un ou plusieurs R4 R4 représentant R1 ou OR5 R5 représentant H, COR6 ou R6 et R6 représentant C1-6-alkyle et des sels correspondants.
