PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing program which uses the actually measured brain activity states of multiple users.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises head-mounted devices and an information processing device. Each head-mounted device comprises: detection means which is mounted to the head of a user and detects a blood flow rate in the head and transfer means which transfers a value detected by the detection means to a predetermined transfer destination.
