PURPOSE: A purification filter is provided to improve sterilizing efficiency by using an optical catalyst tube and purification filter. CONSTITUTION: A purification filter comprises: a UV ray lamp (100)； multiple first optical catalyst coating plates formed with multiple conduction holes on the surface, and equipped along a longitudinal direction surrounding the outer periphery of the UV ray lamp； an optical catalyst tube comprising a second optical catalyst coating plate equipped along a longitudinal direction of the UV lamp crossing the first optical catalyst coating plate vertically； and housing (190) accommodating the UV ray lamp and optical catalyst tube.본 발명은 광촉매를 이용한 정화필터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자외선을 방출하는 자외선램프의 외측에 상기 자외선램프에서 방출되는 자외선을 입사 받을 수 있는 면적을 최대한으로 할 수 있는 다수개의 광촉매코팅판을 구비하여 필터의 살균효율을 최대로 할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다.상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술적 사상으로서의 본 발명은, 자외선램프, 상기 자외선램프의 외주연을 감싸면서 길이방향을 따라 다수개가 구비되며 표면에는 다수개의 통류홀이 형성되어 있는 제1 광촉매코팅판, 상기 다수개의 제1 광촉매코팅판을 수직방향으로 가로지르면서 상기 자외선램프의 길이방향을 따라 다수개가 구비되는 제2 광촉매코팅판을 포함하여 구성되는 광촉매튜브, 자외선램프와 상기 광촉매튜브를 수용하는 하우징을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
