The present invention relates to macrophages expressing anti-FITC chimeric antigen receptors, uses thereof, and the like, wherein the macrophages have low side effects, and by using an adapter, they can be widely applied to various solid cancers and have high therapeutic efficiency. Therefore, it is expected that it can be effectively used in the treatment of various cancers.본 발명은 항-FITC 키메릭 항원 수용체를 발현하는 대식세포, 이의 용도 등에 관한 것으로, 상기 대식세포는 낮은 부작용을 가지며, 어뎁터를 사용함으로써 다양한 고형암에 폭넓게 적용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 높은 치료 효율을 가지고 있으므로, 다양한 암의 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
