What is described is a three-compartment/two compartment knee prosthesis for replacing the joint between the femur and tibia, comprising a femoral component (F) having two condyles (C), a tibial component (T), having a plane on which a spacer (I) rotates, said spacer (I) having cavities with longitudinal and transverse profiles having a single curvature (R) for accomodating said two condyles (C), said prosthesis being characterized in that said two condyles (C) have a constant radius both transversely and longitudinally, which extends over at least 165° longitudinally.Linvention porte sur une prothèse tricompartimentale/bicompartimentale du genou destinée à tenir lieu darticulation entre le fémur et le tibia, et incluant un composant fémoral (F) possédant deux moyens de fixation (2) et une surface condylienne, ladite surface présentant deux condyles (C), un composant tibial (T) possédant une plaque destinée à accueillir la partie inférieure dun espaceur (I), et un composant rotulien. Lesdits composants susmentionnés possèdent une forme telle quils peuvent pivoter les uns par rapport aux autres, le dessin de la surface condylienne présentant une courbure similaire pour les profils transverse et longitudinal.
