PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlock mechanism for a medical examination table, the interlock mechanism being capable of horizontally arranging a seat part in a bed form and arranging the seat part at an appropriate position in a fallen chair form.SOLUTION: An interlock mechanism 10 for a medical examination table includes: a drive shaft part 16 provided below a rest part, a track conversion part 18 and an arm part 23 being connected to the drive shaft part, a link arm part 29 being connected to the arm part 23. The arm part 23 comprises: an arm rotary shaft support part 24 connected to the drive shaft part 16 and an arm tip shaft support part 25 connected to the seat part 22.
