A CPU (20) of a sphygmomanometer (1) which is used mounted upon a subjects wrist computes, from detection information of an acceleration sensor (17), an oblique angle (θ1) which is formed by a subjects forearm (F) with respect to a reference plane, and a rotation angle (θ2) of the sphygmomanometer (1) with the forearm (F) being the axis of rotation thereof, and using a distance (d) between a radial artery and an ulnar artery which pass through the wrist, the oblique angle (θ1), and the rotation angle (θ2), determines a relative location relation between the radial artery and the ulnar artery. The CPU (20) guides the subjects measurement attitude according to this relative location relation.Linvention concerne une unité centrale de traitement (CPU) (20) dun sphygmomanomètre (1) qui est monté sur un poignet dun sujet, qui calcule, à partir dinformations de détection dun capteur daccélération (17), un angle oblique (θ1) qui est formé par un avant-bras (F) dun sujet par rapport à un plan de référence, et un angle de rotation (θ2) du sphygmomanomètre (1) avec lavant-bras (F) comme axe de rotation de celui-ci, et, à laide dune distance (d) entre une artère radiale et une artère cubitale qui passent à travers le poignet, de langle oblique (θ1) et de langle de rotation (θ2), détermine une relation demplacement relatif entre lartère radiale et lartère cubitale. La CPU (20) guide lattitude de mesure du sujet en fonction de cette relation demplacement relatif.被測定者の手首に装着して用いられる血圧測定装置1のCPU20は、基準面に対する被測定者の前腕Fのなす傾斜角度θ1と、血圧測定装置1の前腕Fを軸とする軸周りの回転角度θ2を加速度センサ17の検出情報から演算し、手首を通る橈骨動脈と尺骨動脈の間の距離d、傾斜角度θ1、及び回転角度θ2を用いて、橈骨動脈と尺骨動脈の相対位置関係を判定する。CPU20は、この相対位置関係にしたがって被測定者の測定姿勢を誘導する。
