PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress which does not slip on a stretcher and stores a transfer seat.SOLUTION: A mattress body 2 is provided on the stretcher 10. The transfer seat 3 is made of a flexible low-friction-coefficient material, whose both edges are connected to one side edge of the mattress body 2 so as to form a closed loop shape. A plate cover material 4 covers a rear side of the mattress body 2 so as to have a storage part 20 that stores the transfer seat 3 horizontally removably on the rear side of the mattress body 2. When a patient Y is moved from the stretcher 10 to a bed 9, a drawn edge of the transfer seat 3 drawn from the storage part 20 back is folded to be put on the mattress body 2, and the patient Y on the transfer seat 3 is pushed, to bring an upper inner surface and lower inner surface of the transfer seat 3 below the patient Y into sliding contact with each other to move the patient Y from the stretcher 10 to the bed 9.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】マットレスがストレッチャーに対して滑らず、トランスファーシートをマットレスに収納可能とする。【解決手段】マットレス本体2は、ストレッチャー10に載置されている。トランスファーシート3は、可撓性低摩擦係数材料で、両端縁がマットレス本体2の一側端縁に連結されて閉ループ状に形成されている。板状カバー材4は、マットレス本体2の裏面側にトランスファーシート3を水平方向に出入れ可能に収納する収納部20を有するように、マットレス本体2裏面側を覆っている。ストレッチャー10からベッド9へ患者Yが移乗する際、収納部20から引き出したトランスファーシート3の引き出し端側を折り返してマットレス本体2上に載せ、患者Yをトランスファーシート3に乗せた状態で押出し操作することにより、患者Y下方のトランスファーシート3の上側内面と下側内面とを互いに摺接させて患者Yをストレッチャー10からベッド9へ移乗させる。【選択図】図12
