PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse cart excellent in silence without looseness of trays in movement or the like, and easy in attachment/detachment of the trays.SOLUTION: A tray 8 is supported by U-shaped brackets 7 each attached to a strut of a cart body. Each of right and left side parts of the tray 8 has a double structure having an oblong groove 15, and oblong outer walls 19 are placed on lower part inward projection pieces 27 of the brackets 7 and slide. The bracket 7 is made of a resin, the lower part inward projection piece 27 is formed with front and rear stoppers 37, 35 and an auxiliary stopper 36, and an upper part inward projection piece 26 of the bracket 7 is integrally formed with spring bodies 38, 39.
