A head brace comprises: a first base ring (1) surrounding a portion of a patient's head above their nasal bridge, the first base ring being provided with a connection hole for connecting to a head pin (2), so as to hold the patient's head； and a head support (3) connected to the first base ring for supporting the back of the patient's head. The first base ring is provided for a patient to wear on their head, and the head pin is pressed against a target position on the patient's skull, thereby positioning a focus on the patient's head. The first base ring surrounds the portion of a patient's head above their nasal bridge, thereby ensuring the head pin is successfully pressed against a position of the patient's skull, and that a portion of the patient's nose is exposed for subsequent treatment. The head support is connected to the first base ring to support the back of the patient's head, thereby achieving stability when wearing the head brace. The structure of the head brace is simpler than those in the prior art.
