The polymer, based on the total polymer weight, comprises: 40-99 mass% of the constitutional unit corresponding to the monomer (A) 1-40 mass% of the constitutional unit corresponding to the monomer (B) and 0-20 mass% of the constitutional unit corresponding to the monomer (C).
