The present invention relates to an aquaponic type aquaculture system. More specifically, the aquaponic type cultivation water circulation system can automatically check the growth environment of cultivated crops and fish, guide workers to harvest targets, and enable the workers to effectively harvest crops and fish being the harvest targets. The aquaponic type aquaculture system includes: a body storing supplied cultivation water and cultivated fish; a filter net movably installed along the front end of the body; a fish tank which winds the wire drawn out from the filter net and includes a towing tool for towing the filter net; a mount support; a filter filtering the cultivation water drained from the body; and a control unit communicating with the filter and mount support to control an operation. The mount includes: a support type rotation frame having a hanger formed along the circumference; a drain type rotation frame; and a driving frame rotating the rotary shaft by applying a driving force thereto. The drain type rotation frame includes: a rotating body which is connected to the support type rotation frame connected in parallel through the rotary shaft, has guide grooves formed along the circumference, and has a hanger formed to correspond to the hanger formed on the support type rotation frame; and a collection tank including first and second collection rings. The first collection ring has hollow holes collecting the cultivation water being supplied from the filter and drained through the cultivated crops primarily and has protrusions with openings formed along the rim.
