PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation container enabling a cylindrical container having a thin mouth part such as a PET bottle to be stably arranged, and facilitating the replenishment of water, and to provide a plant-cultivating device.SOLUTION: The cultivation container 10 is obtained by attaching, in a state of being turned upside down, water feeders 20 having cylindrical bottles 21 having bottoms and capable of storing the water W, and water-feeding valves 22 installed in the upper terminals of the bottles and capable of automatically feeding the water so as to keep the level of the water stored in the water-storing part 13 at a prescribed height.
