The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing double-coated granule feed of fat by using a vacuum quarter which includes: a step of grinding raw materials for the granule feed mixing the ground raw materials and forming the ground raw materials into fine particles a first coating step of inserting the fine particles into the vacuum quarter and firstly coating the fine particles by spraying oil mist by vacuum and a second coating step of secondly coating the fine particles by reducing a degree of vacuum of the vacuum quarter. Accordingly, the granule feed, which consists of the fine particles to enable young fish to eat the granule feed in an easy manner and is prevented from leasing fat, can be obtained. In addition, the fine particles are not separated from an oil coating layer in water by performing multiple oil mist spraying steps.
