The present invention relates to a formulation comprising a uniform granule made by using mirabegron and polyethylene oxide, a silicate compound, and to a manufacturing method thereof. When manufacturing the mirabegron and polyethylene oxide as granules according to the prior art, irregularly uneven deformation flakes, thread shapes, and the like were formed, and it was found that it was impossible to manufacture granules having uniform quality. However, it has been surprisingly found that when a silicate compound is used in the production of granules, it is possible to produce granules having uniform properties and contents, and thus a formulation having uniform quality can be manufactured.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 미라베그론과 폴리에틸렌옥시드, 규산염 화합물을 사용하여 제조된 균일한 과립물을 포함하는 제제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.종래 선행기술의 사상에 따라 미라베그론과 폴리에틸렌옥시드를 과립으로 제조할 때는 불규칙적으로 불균일한 변성 조각(flake)이나 실 (thread) 형태 등이 형성되어, 균일한 품질의 과립의 제조가 불가함을 발견했다. 그러나 놀랍게도 과립을 제조할 때 규산염 화합물을 사용할 경우 균일한 성상과 함량을 갖는 과립물의 제조가 가능함을 인지하게 되어, 균일한 품질을 갖는 제제를 제조할 수 있게 되었다.
