The subject of the present invention is to provide a method for cultivating low-potassium leafy vegetables at high yield by using hydroponics without causing growth handicaps due to potassium deficiency. During the late cultivation period for low-potassium leafy vegetables, the cultivation is performed using a hydroponic solution containing a very small amount of potassium, thereby keeping the potassium content low at the time of harvest and achieving stable harvest and good productivity for the leafy vegetables.本發明的課題為提供一種在水耕栽培不會產生因鉀缺乏症所導致之生育障礙，收量良好之栽培低鉀綠葉蔬菜之方法。本發明用以解決手段為在低鉀綠葉蔬菜後期之栽培期間，藉由由含有非常微量鉀之水耕液來進行栽培，維持收穫時之鉀含量低，同時不會引起鉀缺乏症，使收穫穩定且收量良好之綠葉蔬菜變為可能。
