PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boat rowing type exercise machine for retaining an optimum training menu and a following mechanism for a health status containing the physical fitness of a wheelchair user.SOLUTION: A boat rowing type exercise machine is constituted such that a motion absorbing mechanism 1 is inserted on the lower side of the seat of a wheel chair 2, and such that the bottom face of the motion absorbing mechanism 1 is made deeply inserted into the wheel chair so as not to float even if the user pulls grips 4.
