The invention relates to a moisture alert method and device for body fluid-absorbing articles. Primarily, a light wavelength sensor is set on a body fluid-absorbing article for detecting light wavelength of the body fluid-absorbing article. When the body fluid-absorbing article is wet, a change in light wavelength will be caused. Furthermore, a warning signal will be transmitted to a receiving and judging device. Thereby the moisture condition of the body fluid-absorbing article worn by a care recipient can be learned by a caregiver located at the management end of the receiving and judging device so as further to replace the body fluid-absorbing article under a wet condition by a new one without delay.本發明係有關於一種體液吸收物件潮溼警示方法及裝置,係於體液吸收物件組設光波波長感應器,以偵測體液吸收物件的光波波長,當體液吸收物件潮溼後,其光波波長便會產生變化,並隨之傳送警示信號予接收判斷裝置,以使位於接收判斷裝置管理端之看護者得知被看護者穿著之體液吸收物件的潮溼狀態,立即為被看護者更換所穿著之潮溼體液吸收物件者。
