PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a birds and animals repelling device from which a high threatening effect can be expected while an impact on an ambient environment is reduced.SOLUTION: Light in beam shape and a sound wave having directivity are used for repelling birds and animals. Therefore, although birds and animals are threatened by the light and the sound wave, an impact on the surrounding can be sufficiently reduced. At least one of the light and the sound wave is changed with the passage of time. Thereby, the birds and animals to which the light and the sound wave are directed are made to feel as if a danger were impending, thus enhancing a threatening effect on the birds and animals.
