PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-hospital work support system and in-hospital work support server that make it possible to make in-hospital work be efficient by reporting a request for treatment of a living body and the treatments start in a short time even when a plurality of treatment executors are scattered in a hospital.SOLUTION: An in-hospital work support system 100 includes: a detector 2 for detecting a state of a monitoring element with respect to treatment of a living body 4 a plurality of terminal devices 3 held by treatment executors 5 for performing treatment of the living body 4 and an in-hospital work support server 1 communicably connected to the detector 2 and the terminal devices 3. The in-hospital work support server 1 determines, on the basis of a detection signal from the detector 2, whether the state of the monitoring element is normal or abnormal when a result of the determination shows abnormality, transmits a treatment request signal for requesting treatment of the living body 4 to the terminal devices 3 and when a response signal has been received from any of the terminal devices 3, transmits a treatment start signal to the terminal device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】複数の処置実行者が院内に散在する場合であっても、生体に対する処置の要請及び処置の開始を短時間で報知し、院内業務を効率化することができる院内業務サポートシステム、及び、院内業務サポートサーバを提供する。【解決手段】院内業務サポートシステム100は、生体4に対する処置に関する監視要素の状態を検知する検知器2と、生体4に対して処置を行う処置実行者5に携帯される複数の端末装置3と、検知器2及び端末装置3に対して通信可能に接続された院内業務サポートサーバ1と、を有している。院内業務サポートサーバ1は、検知器2からの検知信号に基づいて監視要素の状態が正常及び異常の何れであるかを判定し、判定結果が異常である場合、生体4に対する処置を要請する処置要請信号を端末装置3に送信し、端末装置3のうち何れかから応答信号を受信したときに、端末装置3に処置開始信号を送信する。【選択図】図1
