The present invention relates to an apparatus for warning of an abnormal sterilization temperature in a seed hot-water sterilizer, wherein, when seeds are appropriately sterilized by setting the temperature of water in a seed sterilizing part to the sterilization temperature, an alarm sound is generated if the temperature of water in the seed sterilizing part is decreased to a predetermined temperature or lower, which is not suitable for seed sterilization, thereby allowing a manager to inspect the apparatus and carry out measures, and thus producing good-quality seeds. A seed hot-water sterilizer comprises: a sterilization container (20)； a heater (30) for heating water in the sterilization container (20)； a temperature sensor (31) for sensing the temperature of the water in the sterilization container (20)； a hot-water case (40) installed inside the sterilization container (20) and having a plurality of penetration holes (40a) formed in the water surface portion so as to circulate hot water, wherein the hot-water case (40) sterilizes the seeds while the seeds put in from the upper portion fall, and then discharges the seeds through the lower portion； and a water circulation pump (50) for supplying the heated water in the sterilization container (20) into the hot-water case (40).
