PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce smell-imparted water.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing smell-imparted liquid includes a nanobubble liquid producing part 10 and a smell component imparting part 11. The smell component imparting part 11 imparts smell components to gaseous nitrogen and supplies the gaseous nitrogen to the nanobubble liquid producing part 10. The nanobubble liquid producing part 10 produces water containing nonobubbles holding the smell components as a smell-imparted liquid. The nanobubble liquid producing part 10 includes a fine bubble producing nozzle 2, a pressurized liquid producing part 3, a delivery pipe 41, an auxiliary pipe 42, a return pipe 43, a pump 44 and a liquid storage part 45. In the pressurized liquid producing part 3, smell component-containing gas and water are mixed by a mixing nozzle 31 and mixed fluid 72 is guided to the fine bubble producing nozzle 2 as the pressurized liquid 71 under a pressurized environment. When the pressurized liquid 71 is ejected from the fine bubble producing nozzle 2, nanobubbles deposit.
