The product comprises an adjustable thin sheet and/or network having one mirror-like surface and one heating coat on each side. The material is made of ecological acceptable plastic, water resistant paper, light metal and their combination, the gravity of which is close to ocean water. The heating side is dark-black colored capable of absorbing sun lights to evaporate up the water layer above it until 10 a moisture cloud is formed. The mirror-like surface refracts sun lights to an area in front of and/or around a moisture cloud until a hot air with low pressure driving force is formed to re-direct the cloud to a thirsty area, helpful for farm, reservation, wild life, and water circulation 4 Claims, 2 Drawing Sheet 6
