PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine supply device in which an inclined surface of the outlet of a medicine supply part can be cleaned easily.SOLUTION: A medicine supply device includes a plurality of medicine supply parts, each having a medicine outlet 61, and a guide passage 25 for guiding medicine downward while dropping it. Each of the plurality of medicine supply parts includes a medicine storage part 31, an inclined surface 62 for dropping the medicine obliquely downward toward the medicine outlet 61, and a cover 63 disposed so as to occlude a part of the upper side of the medicine outlet 61. The medicine outlet 61 can be switched between a first state in which part of the upper side of the medicine outlet 61 is occluded by the cover 63 and, therefore, only part of the lower side of the medicine outlet 61 is open, and a second state in which a part of the upper side of the medicine outlet 61 is not occluded by the cover 63 and, therefore, the medicine outlet 61 is open with a larger opening area than in the first state.
