<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing blocks from dredged soil, comprising dredging sludge on the bottom of a sea, mixing the dredged sludge with a solidifying material to realize the construction of a harbor in a sea bottom dredging work, hardening the dredged clay lifted in the atmosphere and then curing and coagulating the hardened dredged soil to form the sea water-resistant building blocks and further form a submarine construction comprising the building blocks, thereby forming fishing bank building blocks having the approximately same pH as that of sea water and thereby having the surface suitable for vegetating sea algae. <；P>；SOLUTION: This method for constructing blocks from dredged soil comprises kneading dredged soil 1 with a solidifying material 2, molding 3 the kneaded products in molds, curing and then demolding the cured molded products as quickly as possible, charging the molded products 3 in sea, constructing a structure 8 with the molded products 3, and further curing and coagulating the molded products 3 in the seawater. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
