The present invention relates to fixing apparatus and method for fixing both ends of a mitral cerclage wire used in mitral cerclage coronary sinus annuloplasty, and more specifically, with respect to a mitral cerclage coronary sinus annuloplasty performed on a patient exhibiting mitral regurgitation, to mitral cerclage wire fixing apparatus and method allowing both ends of a mitral cerclage wire, which comes back out as if tracing a circle, to be fixed as well to be released of the fixed hold as needed.
