To provide an alternative glass-made container that has improved resistance to layer peeling, and high strength and/or damage durability.SOLUTION: A glass-made container 100 has at least two performance characteristics selected out of resistance to layer peeling, improved strength and high damage resistance. The glass-made container may comprise a main body 102 having an inner surface 104, an outer surface 106, and a thick part TW extending between the outer surface and inner surface. At least the inner surface of the main body may have a layer peeling coefficient of 10 or less. A robust inorganic coating may be arranged at a periphery of at least a part of the outer surface of the main body.
