A hearing test system includes a sound generating unit, an user interface, and a control unit. The sound generating unit is configured to play a first test volume at a frequency for a subject. The user interface is configured to receive a first feedback of the subject based on the first test volume. The control unit is configured to determine whether the first feedback is positive or negative. When the control unit confirms that the first feedback is positive, the control unit drives the sound generating unit to selectively play a second test volume based on the lower limit volume at the frequency, in which an intensity of the second test volume is less than or substantially equal to the intensity of the first test volume. The user interface is further configured to receive a second feedback of the subject based on the second test volume.
