PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a necessary image to be quickly acquired by preferentially reading out an area effective for diagnosis from encoded data.SOLUTION: An image input unit 11 takes in portion of encoded image data streams capable of reproducing a low quality image with which diagnosis support processing can be performed with control of an initial stream setting unit 18 and an input control unit 14. The taken-in data stream is decoded by a decoding unit 12, and an acquired two-dimensional image 13 is analyzed by a diagnosis support unit 16 to determine a positive area 17. Since the input control unit 14 controls the image input unit 11 so as to preferentially take in the portion of the positive area 17, an area effective for diagnosis is preferentially taken in, and reproduced in detail.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】符号化されたデータから診断に有効な領域を優先的に読み出すことを可能とし、必要な画像を迅速に取得可能とする。【解決手段】初期ストリーム設定部18及び入力制御部14の制御により、画像入力部11は、符号化画像データストリームのうち、まず、診断支援処理を可能とする低画質画像を再生可能な分を取り込む。懲り込まれたデータストリームは、復号化部12で復号化され、得られた2次元画像13が診断支援部16で解析されて陽性領域17が決定される。そして、入力制御部14が陽性領域17の部分を優先して取り込むべく画像入力部11を制御することにより、診断に有効な領域が優先的に取り込まれ、詳細に再生される。【選択図】 図1
