The biomedical device (1) for the injection of contrast means, particularly for the execution of fistulography and urethrography, comprises a hollow body (2) which defines at least a chamber (3) having an opening (4) turned to the outside and intended to be positioned in correspondence to the body of a patient and a suction mouth (5) connectable to suction means (6) suitable for defining a vacuum in the chamber (3), at least a cannula (8) associated with the body (2), which crosses the chamber (3) and which has at least an inlet gap (8a) and at least an outlet gap (8b) of a contrast means.
